Q: When I turned on the water there was a significant stream that came out of the head mid way up under the alen screw joint. What the heck is going on?

A: The cause of this leak is most likely due to a worn out Gasket that sits behind the Body of this Showerhead. The replacement Gasket is the Sloan SH-1000-A Gasket (Part #110632 ). If you have any other questions our experts are here to help! Call or text 800-518-5388
