Q: we have an old sloan model AC-11 2 inch shower head from my wife's father. We want another one for our master bath, but water pressure seems to be a problem. We tried it in there and the AC -11 worked fine, but my wife wants a bigger head & wanted to know if the 2 1/2 inch head will give us less pressure and what is the difference with the old AC-11 & your new model AC-51

A: A larger shower head may decrease your water pressure depending on what the GPM is of the head. if you want more pressure I would recommend a higher GPM such as this 2.5. The AC-11 has a thumb volume control and the AC-51 does not. This is the only difference.
