    A: If you have replaced the batteries on this Sloan EBF-60-A Control Module Assembly (Part #101456) and now there is no water, there is an issue with the Solenoid Valve 1. Verify that the solenoid is connected properly. The water should flow from inlet through the Solenoid Valve to the outlet according to the direction of the arrow shown on the side of the Solenoid Valve. 2. Backflush the Solenoid Valve by reversing the water flow (opposite to the direction shown by the arrow on the side of the Solenoid Valve) through the Solenoid Valve. Reconnect the compression fittings in the correct orientation and activate the faucet. 3. If the above maintenance steps do not work, you will need to replace the Sloan EBF-1011-A Solenoid Valve Assembly (Part #106644). If you have any other questions our experts are here to help!
