Flush the toilet one time to ensure there is no water pressure going to the valve and begin working on the valve. Once the work is complete, you can turn the screw counterclockwise to open the water back up to the valve. To replace the Control Stop, you will need to turn off the Main Water Supply to your Flushometer. If you have any other questions our experts are here to help!
